OyezStraker Group Acquires Trendex

January 2008 – Trendex Limited based in Bury St Edmunds, with an additional office in Braintree, is a long established supplier of stationery and office furniture. The turnover of the group is £3 million. OyezStraker Office Supplies Limited acquired 100% of the shares of Trendex on 22ndJanuary 2008. OyezStraker is part of the OyezStraker Group with a total turnover of £190m per annum.

The owner of Trendex Linda Kenneally will remain as Managing Director and will work with Trendex staff and OyezStraker to maximise the opportunities for Trendex as a result of this acquisition, such as nationwide distribution, increased purchasing power and logistical economies of scale.
