OyezStraker Group Acquires PADS

PADS Printing and Commercial Stationery Limited ("PADS"), based in Hertford, is a leading independent office supplies company, with sales revenue of £12m. PADS was established in 1987 and has grown to employ 56 people.

OyezStraker Group Limited acquired 100% of the shares of PADS on 2nd April 2008. OyezStraker Group's total turnover is now well in excess of £200m.

The owner of PADS, Stephen Anderson, will remain as Managing Director and will work with PADS staff and OyezStraker to maximise the opportunities for PADS as a result of this acquisition, such as nationwide distribution, increased purchasing power and logistical economies of scale.
