We monitor every level of our business
Service Level Monitors are in place at branch, team and individual level. These cover all the main areas such as stock availability, pick/pack accuracy, on-time delivery and sales order entry accuracy. We constantly appraise every part of our business, as even the smallest activity can have a bearing on our level of service. Therefore, we monitor hundreds of less obvious activities such as how accurately goods are put away, how promptly unwanted goods are collected and how well stock is booked onto our computer systems.
